PRIME TIME TRAVEL (PTT) Policy

  1. Motorcoach prices include round trip transportation, accommodations, meals, entertainment, admissions, tour escort, taxes and tips (Except gratuities for the bus driver and escort) as per each trip’s itinerary

  2. Prices are Per Person, Double Occupancy, Single rates available

  3. All Reservations are considered tentative until a payment is received.

  4. Full payment for motorcoach day tours is required within 5 days of reservation. Full payment is required for Broadway & Radio City shows. Multi-Day Trips is a deposit of $250 and balance paid 65 days prior to trip departure. PTT reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payment is not received within 5 days.

  5. Broadway shows are non-refundable. You may find a replacement but PTT will not be responsible for finding a replacement.

  6. Final payment is due 65 days prior to departure on motorcoach tours. Cruise and Air payments as specified.

  7. Full refund available on most motorcoach tours if written notification is received 65 days prior to trip. There is a $10 transaction fee on credit card refunds.

  8. Tours involving flights are subject to airline cancellation/change policy. Refund on Air Tours and Cruises if cancelled 90-120 days prior to trip, as per carrier policy. A cruise/Air land cancellation made after deposit will incur a $50.00 per person administrative fee.

      9. Cancel 60 or more days prior to a tour: No Penalty (except for the COVID-19/Pandemic Cancellation Policy, see below)

          Cancel 59 to 29 Days Prior to Trip: 

          1 Day -  $50pp Penalty

          2-3 Day tour -  $100pp

          4 or more day tours - $150pp 

          Cancel 30 to 15 days Prior to Trip – 50% Penalty Per Person

          Cancel 14 to 0 days Prior to Trip   -  100% Penalty Per Person. No refund

          9a. The COVID-19/pandemic cancellation policy:

          If you had or if a future reservation is cancelled due to COVID/Cornoavirus/Pandemic, a Prime Time Travel Credit Voucher                           will be mailed to you to apply to a future tour.  

  1. At this time, there is no Travel Protection Insurance for motorocoach tours

  2. For Cruise/Vacation Insurance, your Medicare and/or private insurance may not be effective in Canada or anywhere outside the U.S. For that reason, Supplemental Insurance is available and recommended.

  3. All refunds, credits, or group leader compensation are processed once a month.

  4. Priority Seating is available (choose any seat on the bus, if available) for $5.00 a day per person.

  5. Bus seats are assigned in order of receipt of payment. If there are friends that you wish to sit with, indicate it when booking.

  6. Special needs must be indicated at time of booking.

  7. Motorcoaches are equipped with lavatory, and climate control. It is always advisable to bring a sweater.

  8. PTT is not responsible for any personal items left behind. It is the travelers’ responsibility to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. Parking is at your own risk.

  9. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests to travel together, we cannot guarantee same vehicle unless you use the same departure location.

  10. Any person who cannot travel independently or needs special assistance should be accompanied by a companion.

  11. Motorcoach tours subject to fuel surcharge.

  12. Not responsible for typographical errors in this catalog or other publications. If the price incorrect in the brochure.
