All aboard the elegant Essex Clipper for a 4-course meal served
in a beautifully restored 1920s Pullman diner pulled by a vintage
diesel locomotive. Ambiance, impeccable service, and fabulous
food are enhanced during a breathtaking sightseeing journey
throughout the pristine Connecticut River Valley. At Deep River
Landing, you will be escorted onto the Becky Thatcher Riverboat
for a cruise along the Connecticut River. Just as impressive are the historic sites, including
Gillette Castle, Goodspeed Opera House, and Haddam Swing Bridge. Upon Becky’s return to
Deep River Landing, the Steam Train welcomes passengers for the return trip back to Essex
Station.
